14-Day Return Window
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges for Size
If the size doesn't fit, we offer exchanges. The customer covers return shipping, and we will ship the new size at a discounted rate. Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

Defective Items
If there is a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.
